Ask for books about equity derivative trading

Hi, I'd like to learn about how to use certain products to play with different Greeks. The book should also explain the rationale behind each product well.

I've already had John Hull's book. I want something more practical. Now I'm often confused about how to trade gamma and skew in real life.

Could you give me any suggestions?
