Ashley Judd All But Certain To Run For Senate

I know an addled right wing delusional and racist brain when I see one, and so does everybody else, you aren't fooling anyone pisspoor.
Dems don't want Judd.
HOWARD FINEMAN: I was in Kentucky last week at the big Democratic dinner of the establishment. They don't have a candidate to stop her. If they want to stop her from getting in or if they want to stop her from winning the Democratic nomination in the Kentucky Senate primary a year from this May, they need to coalesce around an alternative. They don't have one right now. Most likely it is the Secretary of State, Alison Grimes.
If they can get her in, fine. The Judd supporters think that if she gets in she clears the field, we'll see. I know the Obama people don't want Judd. I know the Kentucky Establishment don't want Judd, but nobody else wants to run. All the establishment Democrats want to wait for the governor's race in 2015.

âSheâs going to have a tough road to hoe,â said Jim Cauley, campaign manager for Democratic Gov. Steve Beshear in 2007, in a ThisWeek.com report. âShe doesnât fit the damn state,â which is a conservative stronghold. Fully 60 percent of Kentuckians voted for Mitt Romney in 2012.
Democrats have begun expressing concern about some of Ms. Juddâs statements and views. ThisWeek.com reports, âDemocrats worry that Judd, a political neophyte, could cost the party a winnable race.â

Not surprised. A friend of mine who works in the entertainment business predicted this on day one. He said, "She's just another spoiled Hollywood brat who's craving attention. When she figures out that the election's not going to be handed to her on a silver platter with roses and chocolates, she'll walk away."
