Some companies require always on video while you work remotely now during office hours.

So your boss and co workers can keep an eye on you at all times.

Most full time traders know that working from home eventually sucks. Only good for while.

Are you nuts?
Couldn’t pay me to commute to my old trading office after working from home for the last 8 years.
If you’re in your 20’s or 30’s and single you can make an argument for office over home but otherwise it’s not even a question.
 
Skype alone with Salesforce as a CRM could replace an office with a computer and secretary.
