On a related note, I've spent considerable time travelling through the Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia, many of the remote Micronesian islands and other nether regions of Asia.
What the FBI needs to do is identify all of the unattached, middle-aged foreigners in these places and investigate their backgrounds and current activities. Lots and lots of scumbags come out here to hide out and otherwise ply their wares, and they stand out like you wouldn't believe.
Very sad for vulnerable children in this part of the world. Start with the grammar school teachers for Pete's sake.
