Karr's ex-wife, Lara Karr, told KGO-TV in California that she was with her former husband in Alabama at the time of JonBenet's killing and she does not believe her former husband was involved in the homicide.

Actually the only real question at this point is who will be cast to play the leads in the 17 upcoming TV-movies that will soon be produced by NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox, TNT, HBO, Lifetime, WE, Spike, MTV, ESPN, and The Animal Planet, among others. As of this writing, all we know for sure is that Dakota Fanning will play JonBenet in every one of them.

What doesn't make sense to me, that if the incident was accidental, how this guy was able to do it with no DNA, no fingerprints, etc. found at crime scene.
If he was not being "careful" by planning to kill her, it is probable that DNA or other forensic evidence would have be found.
I would like to see the scientists now take his DNA and see if they can confirm his "story."
No doubt the guy is a sick fuck, but that alone is not enough to believe his story....
