The Fed's do their job, this never happens. What we have is the result of decades, plural, DECADES of failure by the federal government. What are the states to do, let themselves be over run by illegals. Crime goes up and it's the locals that have to deal with it, and pay for it. The financial burden on school systems, health care, all go up. Wages are suppressed across the board. Illegal mom's spit out kids after arriving and viola, we have new American citizens. A law that needs repealing if there ever was one.
The entire burden falls on the state, so it's no surprise that when the states finally do something it's an over reaction. That's what happens when you have decades of frustration building up.
The fed's will do nothing because the repubs want the slave labor and the dems want to voting block. I don't want to live in a country where the "man" can come up and ask anyone for their papers, but that's where we're at, and truth be known, the feds have no problem with that. They'll blame it on the states, but it's the fed's that want to control our every move.

Another post from you I find very little to disagree with. This is getting to be a bad habit of yours.
The 14th Amendment is being misused as it was never meant to be. No other nation I know of has this insanity of automatic citizenship even if the parents are in the country illegally. What a fucking mess.
LOL I was wondering if someone was gonna catch that. This is the same tactic that large companies used to initially get around integration.
A company of twenty thousand employees would hire one "minority" and say the they were "integrated"
