They rely heavily, but not entirely, on the power of collective work. Winners must do so as there are no individual "enterprises". But keep in mind that a right-wing collective can be formed just as easily as a left-wing one. The latter may champion theft for the sake of the many, while the latter may champion theft for the sake of themselves only. Either group may be largely made up of personal failures, or not.

I respect that you admire the individual nature of Man, so do I, but I don't forget that Man is also a social animal, initially, and essentially--we do not survive alone. Symbolically, our flights of fancy create illusions of individual autonomy, but physically, the body always returns us to ground, to our social nature.
