Joe Gibbs just bought into it and is setting up something in Charlotte.

I don't see how they can go 100 MPH though, not with a 16 HP engine, which is what I believe they say the cars have. That would give them 1/10th the power to weight ratio of a Cup car.
 
Yeah, I raised my eyebrow at that myself. I believe it said they were "capable" of hitting 100mph. I wonder what sort of speed they actually race at.
 
Maybe they can hit 100 if they are on the trailer and you have a fast tow truck. LOL.

Put a 650 motorcycle engine in one of those and they would be a total blur. Actually they would be a USAC midget with a body. Even a 500 single would be cool. But then the cost would be probably two or three times higher.
