Are You Scared Yet? Well, Are Ya'?

On a serious note, I don't often post in the P&R forums these days.

However, I did want to take this opportunity to share my thoughts that are headed for a depression, and nothing will convince me otherwise at this point.

Sorry, I meant to say 'we're headed for an economic depression.'

I'm fine financially. Psychologically, I must admit I've been feeling depressed lately as I see what's happened and is happening to this nation and the rest of the world.

It's nothing I'd ever hope for.

Just because I'm a realist and had a proper and accurate vision of what was to come doesn't mean I enjoy being correct one bit.

I talk to people every day who are in the shit, and who used to have a very comfortable life style.

I'm so used to people asking me to borrow money, that I've had to think of new and creative ways to deny such requests (except in a few cases), and I'm even toning my own lifestyle down so as not to appear to be living the good life in these mean times that are about to get a whole lot meaner.
