A person can be in a paranoic state, of a lesser or stronger magnitude.
Being in such state, does not necessarilly mean than one is a paranoic.
Other scenario is where a person is a paranoid, through all aspects, all the time.

Was looking at psychopaths, sociopaths & narcissists. Now looking at paranoia.
