Women are used to constantly dealing with emotions and therefore better able to control them.

Men on the other hand are uncomfortable with there emotional side and usually ignore it in lieu of logic and constantly search outside of themselves for answers rather than deal with it internally.

If my girlfriend were a trader she would blow me away, (oh ya she already does that)
