Yeah. Rekking your back could ruin your whole vacation.Never sacrifice form. It's fine to lift 'til failure, but maintaining form is paramount.

My suggestion is not to give you an endorphin high, but to "motivate" you to kick back on your butt somewhere and just sit.I have a compromise, I don't exercise but I rectify the form failure in this guitar today. I did a lot of training for some filming recently and while I get the idea of an endorphin high will make one option rise above the rest, my cartilidge needs a break
So, bit of a bump in the frets between 8 and 10th fret just in one side found after fitting a lower & intonated bone saddle bridge in my friend's son's guitar. Time to hit the old youtube and see how luthiers tackle this.
When in doubt, stall.

Everybody needs a hobby, a dream, a distraction from it all. Enjoy the experience and build fond memories.Well now, I'm off to do some filming for a series which is something I've not done since a small bit for a Grey's Anatomy type show a good while back. Excited to be heading to the airport again.
As its tiresome pushing the boulder up the hill telling foolish people they are foolish, ill sign off for a couple of weeks.
I'm not sure if I'm wasting my life acting as a hobby but I still find it fun![]()
