you have to pay for it and is about 20-30 second delayed (buffer issues)

The fastest I could find was Fox Business, with a 10-20 secs delay:

I can get less than 20 seconds delay on BB than from my tv, but then you got to wonder how much delay your cable/dish is to real time too.

Use a live news feed, don't subject yourself to talking heads BS.

Tried the newsstrike and, well, not much there.

A good source for news is Trade the news with audio channel. Can be a little pricy, but if you are looking for timely news to take advantage of, you should be able to cover your costs in no time.
