Good trending ETFs , yes;
but that's over a medium or long term time.
777] May work/ strength adds to strength, but only on 5 days , but much more slop with only 5 days.
888]:D:DGood gaps help but exhaustion gap -key reversal , not that day in hindsight LOL.
Growth stocks beat value so much/ unless you are W Buffet LOL

and if someone cant beat a benchmark like SPY for many years/ an open price or ANY stock picking will not help much @ all.

No, I completely agree. I think you're approaching it the right way. But there's something about doing your own back testing and research in addition to that which allows you become even more immersed in the process.

But yes, ask all the questions you need to. That's just as important.

I don't think I came across as I wanted to.
