Are tradingview.com free charts streaming live for Index Futs like ES etc and stocks ?

Do you use tradingview and if so how do you use and is it useful ?

Or could I take free plan and choose for data from exchange and pay the exchange fees ?

I pay for the CQG real-time futures data feed through Amp Futures, my broker, and because of that I don't have to pay extra for real-time data in tradingview. I did have to upgrade to a paid plan with tradingview and verify my CQG subscription to enable the real-time charts though.

Actually you don't need to upgrade to a pro plan to use CQG. You just need to sign in to CQG. Also it's worth noting there's a separate trading window for CQG subscribers: cqg.trading view.com. It offers more options than the basic plan.
