"Inner city LA" looks not unlike Ecuador or Peru. If you go east of Los Feliz or into South Central, you could easily believe you're in some 3rd world nation. Not even joking.

The last time I was anywhere near L.A. was shortly after the Rodney King <s>protest</s> riot. I have to give them credit they do know how to throw a barbeque.
