Are these statistics a legitimate point of concern for white Chicago residents?

Are these facts a legitimate point of concern for white Chicagoans? Would it be "racist" for white Chicagoans to be concerned about these facts as they relate to white people? Would it be "racist" for them to consider it in terms of it's racial context or implications? Why or why not?

I'll answer your question. The answer for the most part is no. Chicago is one of the most segregated cities in the US despite what most liberals think here. All the whites live together on the north side, which has one of the most homogenous populations in the country for an urban area. So while most of Chicago likes to pretend they are proud liberals, the liberal whites won't go anywhere near a black or Latino neighborhood.

I had to solve the race problem for myself after my area went Black and Hispanic... I moved the hell away while I still was alive. Blacks accept Jessie Jackemup as a leader, he sues the white business owners and "demonizes" any Black person applying for a job... so Blacks can't get private sector jobs, they live off public sector money in the form of welfare or jobs, most are not qualified for the jobs so it's welfare but wait... welfare never will pay enough so it's subsidized by crime and the neighborhoods are run by criminals...

i notice that the stats come from some blog...

assuming the statistics is true, what i would like to know is the number of interracial crimes. that would be an interesting number.

otherwise, what does this tell you? for example, the blacks as a group is more poor than the whites. and we know that the poverty breeds crime. what else is new?
