There are web sites that give hints how myfxbook systems might deceive you like

Be aware that the time scales on these miniature charts are not all equal. It could be that one chart is only for one week or month, whereas another chart could be multiple years.How do these real accounts generate performance that look so unreal?
By comparison, even the best systems on Collective2 don't have 20% of the Sharpe ratio of these.
These are ranked by most followed. Those charts are probably not short periods because it needs time to build up the highest following.
It might also reduce (slightly) the chances that they are Martingale systems.
