yeah. that netflix and hlf position were real crap.
this guy should be put into jail, SEC should forbide this kind of things to happen.
Though I made good money on my 475 calls. I have the same view as this guy. technically AAPL painted a nice double bottom.
but I strongly think this guy's release is illegal. if he or his friends bought lots of calls of460~ 485, those guys can make billions in matter of seconds.
SEc should investigate his friends/relatives,before his release,if they take large positions of calls in AAPL, then this is totally a manipulation though AAPL technically andfundementally should go up.

People are allowed to have opinions on companies and their stock price. Including billionaires. These opinions might be factually based and well researched, or they might be complete conjecture and bogus. Irrespective, it is incumbent on the buyer to perform their own due diligence.
Every single large investor and analyst talks up their picks after taking a position. Only a small percentage of these people though can move a stock simply by advertising their position. Nothing other than that occured here, from what I can tell. If you have a problem with this, then you might as well have a problem with anyone disclosing any position they might have with any company.
