Are some races more genetically disposed towards violence and a lower IQ?

In order to facilitate public policy on issues such as thuggery, violent crime, rioting and the poor educational attainment of the thugs, criminals and rioters, I feel that a definitive study must be conducted in order to see whether some races are in need of "differential" public policy implementation.

If it is indeed the case that there exists a race which is genetically predisposed to low intelligence and high violence, we must not hide behind political correctness. Clearly Obama will not be prepared to allow such a study, since it will probably confirm a truth we all suspect. Therefore the study must be conducted under the auspices of a Republican administration.

Once the study has been conducted and the conclusions made, what kind of policies should we implement, in order to help lift the IQ levels and reduce the violence levels of the afflicted race?
 
Wait until it gets so bad that your only answer is genocide. That way you might look ok in the History books. In the meantime move away from the problem areas. Possibly we will have a for-real catastrophic economy with no food for the problem areas and then when the dust settles and the problems are gone forever some of the property might have intrinsic value and you can buy it on the cheap. See, the future really is a lot brighter if we are creative and proactive!
 
OK, but I think we need to have policies in place to increase the IQ levels and decrease the violence levels of any "problem race". We need to do this for our own self-protection.

An obvious first step would be to imprison you for hate crimes. I'd say try a 2 year less a day term to start with suitable session to deal with the problems you have. It's the least you could do for the cause, possibly preventing a violent explosion in the future when you act out on your hatred of people who look or act different then yourself.

What is hateful about calling for policies to address sub-optimal IQ and extreme violence? This is for the good of the USA. We need to raise the IQ level and decrease the violence level.
