Are NANOS options available yet?

I read about these and I have the stock on thinkorswim but there are no options.

Have I done it suboptimally?

Yes, they have been trading for a while now. Not a great product as markets are very wide and most brokers will charge standard commissions. This combination makes it very hard to make money.
Note that IB at least charges a reduced rate of .065 per contract (instead of .65)

Doesn't look like it. When they first came out, the CBOE listed the following retail brokers as offering them. Interactive Brokers, Webull, TradeStation and Tradier.
