For actually genius property developers having to be a star of a reality TV show is like an actually profitable trader selling access to trading rooms. (or close)

He has a talent for marketing. I’m not at all impressed by his real estate empire given how much he inherited. The S&P seems to have had much better returns. A lot of his more legitimate businesses like the casinos went bankrupt while he scammed people with Trump University.

he went bankrupt twice being long nyc real estate from the 70s and 80s to now. That’s like going bankrupt buying the spx right after black Monday and holding to now.
 
I'm off to meet an engineer with a gadget for testing gyroplane rotors for cracks.

I hope he does not give me a sinking feeling about his basic intelligence. It hasn't been a good day for that. :)
