Of course. The only slight hope I would have here(obviously proper trading needs to be based on accurate results normally) is that perhaps with this broker this glitch exists in the live accounts as well. Therefore the potential for the same kind of money to be made maybe.
Of course that isn't possible.
If they can't be bothered to fix the issue in the demo, who's to say it wouldn't be the same for the live account. Either way I haven't invested any real money into this brokerage so I can't test it out.

Depends on what you're trading. In my experience - the fills on ES are close to actual fills. On less liquid instruments it might be a completely different animal.
Regardless, you'll find that you won't be able to replicate your results as soon as you start trading with real money. But it is of course promising that you're able to make money in the simulator.

The price is off. Look at the screenshot he posted versus the actual trading price, its almost times 10.
The platform sells at 443 while the actual price is 39. That explains the instant profit.
It's all about the size, in order to make millions on a trade you will need to open hundreds or thousands of contracts in ES, in demo you can do that in one click without slippage, such thing isn't possible in the real market.
No. It is normal in the regard, that it's the usual buy at ask, sell at bid. But it's showing unusual prices at the entry level.
