Andy, I live on a 1978 44 Gulfstar motorcruiser......I used to live on a 46 Irwin cutter ketch sailboat.....but we both got to old to hoist the big sails anymore. And a power boat has nice amenities like a bathtub, wet bars, ice makers and a washer/dryer.
