Are ET-Polls reliable?

(Did not vote)....Doubtful, talk about a way for the "not so silent minority" to skew the results.....
I'm sure most are done with good intentions, and that some are just done for fun, but I sure wouldn't count on them passing muster with any statistical analysis review.
