Are either Carlin or Generic or both being bought?

I am just curious because apparently they made deals to managers cutting out their commission overrides, so some are leaving. Does anyone have any more info? Thank you if you do.

One of the biggest and best prop shops out there is getting bought out and no one on ET gives a rats ass???

Guess that says a lot about these forums, real traders (Generic) obviously don't waste their time here or they would be talking more about their fate.

Do you have any idea Don on what might be up at Generic? I can't see RBC wanting to get in the Prop trader biz.

As I mentioned before, the info I have is second hand (from Generic traders who have joined recently), and in all fairness to Carlin, I really prefer to let the press releases tell the tale.

I'm sure we'll be hearing more soon.
