Its just part of what social workers know.
When I worked for a D.A. in juvenile hall I got some training on these things.
Once a child is "sexualized" there is a high risk they will turn into predators.
They also teach that when children are sexualized... they have sexual orientation issues.

Talk to lesbians... many will tell you they were molested as girls
