ARCA pre market ?

this week ... there have been few days where ARCA

is not making markets in mining stocks pre market

now ... they never really make a market ... its just GTC orders usually on their book ...

but on the dozen or so stocks I look at including ETF's

there are few if any bids and offers ...

so I am curious ... did the customers just stop
placing orders as GTC or did any MM who ARCA used for

pre market liquidity go on vacation ?

again this am ... on a busy european session

ARCA is "out sick" for the precious metals sector

whats going on ?

I guess the NYSE - ARCA pre market
precious metals and precious metals ETF
is a joke for them ?

how come they do not have some MM to work "house orders"
how come no HF is stepping in to make a market

they never make markets - all they do is route for their customers

with the exception of .01 bids and 9999 offers which they do because they are required
