Arca Opening Auction Problems?

Has Arca changed how they do the opening auction on Nasdaq stocks, or have they just been having problems the past few days. Seems as though the NYSE stocks are getting matched ok, but there are never any indicative match prices for Naz stocks.

Any ideas?

yeah snoop around their wesbite. they released the changes last thursday and made the changes on monday.

for OTC, the match takes place at the midpoint.

listed matches haven't changed.
