Is the ARCA NYSE possibly in jeopardy because of possible US antitrust issues regarding fair competition ?

Secondly...The Terra Nova Trading LLC website has vanished..which was the pioneer of direct access trading...run by the same people who run ARCA....

Anybody know what's happening ?
