ARCA after hours executions

Has any one been having problems with after hours executions this week on ARCA. I hit an ARCA ask for EBAY post earnings and the order just hung. I watched other fills come in at my price and nothing for me. Then I could not cancel. Of course the stock ran 2 pts in the next 20 minutes. This was with Cybertrader. The broker said that this sometimes happens, first time for me.

I have had problems with ARCA lately. I understand it's on their end. I had orders in to short MOT Friday after the close for up to 200k shares--luckily only 38,000 filled since Cramer made it his stock of the week and it's on the cover of Barron's. The rest of the orders were in the ARCA book for awhile but were later cancelled
