Yes, that spread in particular was Tocom's gasoline vs. CME's Mogas 92 contract. Tocom is listed in JPY and 1 contract is for 50 kilos of gasoline. Mogas 92 is listed in USD and good for 1,000 bbls gasoline.

June is trading .095; July trading .195.
 
Lackluster demand for and over supply of low sulfur fuel oil has caused the Rotterdam high sulfur fuel oil to go premium.

Additionally, the South African coal arb is open to ARA, according to Reuters.

The transatlantic arb is open for gasoline with several cargoes having already shipped. The TC2 freight rate for clean fuel from Rotterdam to NY has caught a bid. The front NY/Rdam spread is trading in the low 20s.

Quote from Reuters:

At least nine gasoline tankers were booked on the transatlantic route for loading in late July and the first week of August, with one vessel heading to West Africa and three to Mexico and Chile, according to shipping data.

Several of the vessels were bound for the New York Harbour, where traders were expecting a pick up in demand following therecent declines in East Coast inventories.

The arbitrage to the United States has been limited in recent weeks due to weak demand and a strong rise in prices of renewable blending credits, known as RINs, that have since
eased.
