I think, easier way to explain, since I am responsible for 100% loss I deserve 100% payout too. It doesn't mean in order to get 100% payout I go for any commission rates, of course it matters to, but not as much as payout percentage.
That was one of those questions I was asked a lot of times already, and it is good question.
