But you do know that in Islam Jesus is considered the most respected prophet of of the one true God, don't you? According to Mohammed, Jesus is the result of a Virgin birth to Mary and was assumpted into Heaven. Muslims believe that he is seated at the right hand of Allah, and will also return at the end times to judge the living and the dead. Granted, Muslims do not believe in the divinity of Christ. But the accept the teachings of the New Testament as divinely inspired and delivered by a revered prophet.

When the polytheists in Medina were persecuting Mohammed and his followers they sought and received asylum in The Kingdom of Abysinnia because of their acceptance of Christ as a prophet.

Compare and contrast this to the beliefs of Ortho Jews who neither accept or embrace Christ as a prophet, nor recognize any part of the New Testament as part of their faith. While a Muslim accepts and reveres all OT prophets and Jesus, Jews do not. Oh, and they happened to arrange his execution too, if you want to be a stickler about it.

By the way, I am a lifelong Christian. Educated through college by Jesuits. Not a Muslim apologist or a Judaism hater. Just facts.
