IB/AmiBroker/Norgate/AmiBroker/Alera Portfolio Manager as
Broker/Backtesting/Data/TradeSignals/Execution Platforms.

 

[Axon]

Python, Numpy, Scipy, Matplotlib, API from a dozen crypto exchanges, IEXCloud for the free "real time" stock data and some other stuff.

Amibroker, javascript, perl, and Excel VBA.

Stata, R and Matlab of course - don't we all.
Then Bloomberg and Refinitiv for data and modelling.
Then PR Newswire for announcements
Oxford Economics for macro.

But...nothing beats MS Excel.
