Iran launched a plan missile strike to hit an Iraqi base which was what.....4-5 missiles launched?

There was not back and forth military actions or skies filled with U.S. fighters or a messy theater of war.

IN fact no other SAM missiles were fired or recorded, just the one that took out an airplane that was near an airport with other flights taking off. Seems like they are saying someone accidentally hit the red button when they were putting their coffee cup down.

Not sure what the Dem play here was but these resolutions are so worthless to be honest.

We condemn what Iran did.....you need an official entry into the books and put it on some fancy paper and then vote on it? What a waste of time and I doubt Iran cares about some wishy washy resolution that has no power or force behind it...

We call on Iran to stop the violence...hmm I wonder what US was doing before but I can see Iran suddenly stopping because the House faked like they care and voted on a piece of paper.

These resolutions have no purpose other than for each member to say, Hey I voted on that resolution remember...so that is something...

Iranians are playing a messy and risky game here. Not just with the Americans- that's a given- but moreso with their own people.

We know and the regime knows that they are appealing to the hardliners who will be in a trance-state no matter what and that they are trying to detract from domestic problems, but there is a very large part of the Iranian population that is not satisfied with the handling of the plane shoot-down, or with the past and current handling of the epidemic. Nor are they looking for other problems right now.

Risky game that will catch up with them at some point.
