Apium Swarm Robotics puts drone tech to work in the sea
A drone launch usually draws eyes to the skies, but Tom Zambrano looks to the sea spray off of Catalina Island instead. Zambrano, an environmental scientist at Apium Swarm Robotics in Glendale, Calif., serves as technical director of Apium’s SeaSwarm project.
