My husband the math genius said there are no corners in a circular room or in a cylindrical room for that matter.

what would your husband call the intersection of the wall with the ceiling and floor if not a "corner" because i think aphie is right.

btw, aphie how is the supercomputer cluster coming along?

So how can a curved and a flat surface form an angle to make a corner? :confused:

I think the only corner you can form is if you draw an imaginary line on the wall of the cylinder......so it is an imaginary corner?

You are right. My husband, Bob, thought about it and realized it does not have to be a 3 planed angle to be a corner, but a single 90 degree angle.
Now if that circular room was a sphere?
I better quit while I'm ahead.:D

I am testing two computers and writing software right now. When I need more computers, I'll get them somehow. Otherwise I think I'd be putting the cart before the horse .. or however that expression goes.

To make it even more interesting, let's put this "big sphere room" on the top of a hill and roll it down with Optional777 in it and when it finally comes to rest, let him out and ask him about corners.
