Aol

Ted Turner is supposed to start heavily selling this spring.

I was short from $12 until the test of $10.
When it didn't break I closed out.

One of these days, $10 will fail to support it, imho.

5M down,

107,238,000 to go. :)

Ted Turner is still a member of the Board of Directors of AOL. If he resigns, he'll be able to dump his shares. It will no longer be insider trading.

WASHINGTON (CBS.MW) -- AOL Time Warner's outgoing vice chairman Ted Turner sold 5 million shares of the company's common stock last week.

Turner sold the shares for $10.10 to $10.54 apiece on Feb. 11, according to a Form 4 released Friday by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

He directly owned 124.1 million shares after the transaction.

Turner plans to step down from his position at the company in May the company announced Jan. 29.

I think if you own 4.5% of a company or more its insider trading regardless if you are officially attached to the company in any way. All that means is he will still have to report his transactions.
