In fairness, this is the case with pretty much all of them. Some of the new ones, like the muslim girl from Minn, do need to work on their oral reading however. It hurts your attempt at sincerity when it is obvious you have never seen the piece of paper you are reading before you sat down in the hearing.

I watched her question the CEO of WFC yesterday, I had C-Span on... it's pretty obvious someone is scripting her questions for her.

Her ascent and popularity is very similar to that of a teen pop star that has others writing the music and choreographing the show for the crowds.

I mean sure they do sometimes I suppose, but in those routine hearings if you watch them, most of them are just shooting from the hip and they seem appropriate for that particular person's demeanor.
