Because Dinesh has a penis and no brain he does not know that Planned Parenthood is not just an abortion clinic, they provide medical services to women including pre-natal care and follow up visits. Not everyone who goes there is simply getting an abortion. It is like a clinic for women who cannot afford to go to a doctor or have no health coverage. They do cancer screenings, exams, treatments for many things and even have male patients. They also set up clinics in other parts of the world where there is no adequate health care or areas ravaged by war and poverty.

And yes they do other women's health care, mostly as a source of referrals on their abortion mills. No one said they should stop doing women's health care. In fact, the opposite is true. Many are saying that if you use public money you will only do women's health care and you shall be unaffiliated or share costs with the abortion mill.

The average American, myself included, is pretty ignorant on the history and issues affecting the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Most people includes all politicians. People simply take a public political side base don thier own biases.
Both sides in this conflict have acted pretty badly. they both fire rockets and shoot at the other side and conveniently hold up dead victims to claim the other side is 100% at fault. The citizens of both nations are the true victims who suffer from the ultra political movements of their leaders who dont give a shit about what their people want on both sides.
You have Hamas who want to drive all Jews into the sea and wipe out their existence in Israel and hard wing conservative Israelis who believe the only good Arab is a dead Arab. There are so many stories of young Palestinians an Israelis who come together and there is no hate or animosity. Often it is done through exchanges in 3rd countries like U.S. and Europe and I was part of one here in the U.S. They learned they just want to live in peace and dont give a shit about religious differences.
But the terrorist wing of PLO and militiristic wing of IDF love holding up the other's terrorist attacks and perpetuating the victim story.
Palestinians are walled off and treated like dogs/criminals by Israelis and radicalized Palestinians think it is ok to blow up a bus full of innocents. Americans chime in with their own bias and add to the same bullshit.
Peace in the Israel will never come from U.S. assistance because politicians only care about soundbites to win elections. Yang does not give a shit about Israel no more than AOC gives a shit about Palestinians. Yang never condemned Israel for destroying Palestinian houses and moving in Jewish settlers and AOC never condemned PLO for firing rockets into civilian areas and hiding out behind children. 90% of the people who speak up in Washington only give a shit about what is popular to say due to social media.
Only solution for Israel and Palestinians is for their respective governments to stay the fuck out of it and let the younger generation lead a peace movement. The average 20 year old in Israel, whatever religious background just wants to grow up, work, start a family and have fun in a beautiful country with no walls, tanks, checkpoints, bomb squads and bomb shelters. If the U.S./Europe, Syria/Iran and all those extreme sides stayed the fuck out, and the PLOs and Bibis were replaced by teh new generation, shit would be changed.
