$10 TRILLION.

Apparently she is a member of congress from the wrong country. Zimbabwe, anyone?

Fortunately there are a lot of experienced people in DC to sort all of this out with their considerable experience in financial matters.

For example, Maxine Waters is the Chair of the House Finance Committee, and Bernie Sanders i the Chair of the Senate Finance Committee.

No need to go to Zimbabwe. We have that kind of talent in place here already.

That's a pretty reasonable figure. But it has got to start out smaller and then grow non-linearly. The amount needs to be adjusted annually because there is a maximum rate the money can be efficiently absorbed and put to work without undue waste. But I would say ten Trillion over ten years is not at all impossible to justify. It needs to be spent in a way that will produce returns after just a few years and then the returns need to grow to accordingly. This is feasible, but it is going to require big gains in productivity to make it work.
