Trump again says he's looking 'seriously' at birthright citizenship despite 14th Amendment

Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump on Wednesday said he is "seriously" considering ending US birthright citizenship despite the fact that such a move would face immediate legal challenge and is at odds with Supreme Court precedent.

"We're looking at that very seriously, birthright citizenship," Trump told reporters outside the White House, echoing his administration's previous vow to unilaterally end the process by which babies born in the country automatically become citizens.
The President did not elaborate on what he meant.
 
Of course its a scam.4 of the first 5 presidents being from the slave state of Virginia is not a coincidence and it still favors the people of the racist confederacy slave states today.

According to this: https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/fact/table/VA/PST045218 , there are 1,600,000 blacks in Virginia (20% of the population)... I wonder why these people continue to live there, despite having the choice of "alleged" "non-racist" states.
Maybe they are all somehow some kind of "black white supremacists"...:confused::rolleyes:

Most blacks stayed in the south even during Jim Crow and segregation,guess that wasn't racism.

Thankfully some confederacy states are turning blue,Virginia being one of them.Texas and Georgia are next.

Presumably she took an oath to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. I believe the statement above would be a violation of that oath. Impeachment ?

I believe that action against her would violate the First Amendment...no? Is the whole Constitution valid or only for certain people and certain parts when you choose :).

Correction of the above:

Trump slammed various interpretations of the 14th amendment.

Whether illegals are "subject to the jurisdiction thereof" within the meaning of the 14th amendment is a matter of interpretation- and not the slam dunk- explicit directive that the lefties claim. Achieving a proper interpretation of a provision of the constitution is not the same as trying to overturn it by repeal and replace.

Although we know that the dems need to maintain the serial breeder process to keep expanding their voter base. If all those illegals were cranking out little republicans you would not be suprised to see them have a different legal interpretation.

Of course it was, but we are not discussing the definition o racism. So don't try to change the subject. All that means is that, somehow, even during Jim Crow and segregation it wasn't bad enough to make them move(given that they had choices, which they definetely have today), which contradicts even more your "racist state" BS.

The fact they they didn't move then and don't move now proves that even though there can be racists idiots here and there and even racist laws in place, that is not representative of the people in general and that the great majority isn't racist(regardless of party affiliation). In this video, the black lady mentions her grandfather's experience during Jim Crow and segregation in North Carolina, for example.:)
