I am poor in English.
I will try again to explose.

I will use this broker to see rate of Commodities & Metals & Stock Market Indices.
I need these rates at another trade.
I can't use this broker for trade.
Becouse of their dealer check.
Their dealer check is just like FXCM.
I must wait 5minits or more to open position&close position to receive their requort.
I can't allow Market's movements with this broker.

I hope this report is readable.....
 
They don't execute,though trading rate had becoming a hit to the limit or place order or stop for a long time.
Customer has no way to win.
I judge this broker is cheat & evil one....
 
I will introduce their cheat way.
The rate is fake.
The rate is very different from saxo's or others.

When it is disadvantage for customer, that will contracted.
And when it is advantage for customor,requort comes at surprise price.
Their requort is very disadvantage,that is far from their rate and other brokers rate.

And stop will function very strange time.
When you had profit on a position.
This position will close at stop.
When never moved rate,never touch the stop.
You will get loss from succeeded position.

I thanks god.
I still have funds to withdraw.

I will report again.
 
Dave it is a bucket shop... I already made a mistake of opening an account with some one else, and have the same problems zousan is explaining. Getting orders filled takes time up to several minutes at times.. causing huge slippage

Your right Bucket shop they are. I opened a mini to give them a try. There platform will freeze and lag like I have never seen befor. The CPU usage spikes from 5% to 100% and makes it impossible to click on anything. You don't know what it will click on. I was trying to exit a trade that turned south and couldn't get out. It hit my s/l for a loss of 80$. On a mini thats alot.

And there customer service stinks. I am currently closing that account and opening one with MG financial.

I had surprise position too.

They make a position at disadvantage price with no requorte.
I surprised..... there was no requorte.

It was very far from their rate and far from other broker's rate.
I call live surport and ask them "what happend?"
They said "You had accepted that price"

I had never saw requorte never accepted the price.
If I trade with them,they can dicrease my balance at any time.
 
GFX Group registered 30-6-2005 in Geneva with a paid up capital
of CHF 100'00.--.There is no indication if your funds are in a segregeted account and it seems that their capital is very small.
