Anyone using the huge curved monitors?

I don't think that is a good idea.

curved monitors are ok (OK only !!) for watching films.

for trading, you want to see straight line as STRAIGHT LINE.
You don't want distortion !

Curves dont distort anything. They are designed to improve the viewing angle and flat monitors have the worst possible viewing angles.

The curve on both my monitors is probably less than 2 degrees and the change in viewing angle is incredible. It's incredible people believe these myths.

Why is this guy shilled so hard here. I literally have only seen his videos here, and not on any other site frequented by people in tech.

Well, he is „The TechLead“. Where else should people adore him if not here on EliteTrader?

another factor to consider is the very poor aspect ratio.
monitor length is long (which is fine) but the width is too short.

In trading, you need big screen sizes and you want to make sure your table area is optimally used.

They are attractive, these curvey things. But I continue to like the scalable and modular versatility of multiple 24 inch flat panels.

those small screens are getting obsolete & is unsightly with all the messy brackets.
nowadays it is common for traders to use 32" or even 42" monitors.

thats what i have now running multiple 1920 x 1200 ASUS ProArt monitors and i like them a lot ... but that center divider is why i am thinking big curved.
