Anyone using OEC & Neoticker?

Is there anyone using OEC & Neoticker as their primarly (/only) charting platform?

I mainly trade CME e-mini futures so grateful for any feedback on the above combination as a charting platform in terms of:-
- stability
- reliabiliy
- performance
- customer service (OEC & Tickquest)
- data management / population

Appreciate any feedback, thx in advance.

Tickquest stopped developing their software since like 2 years ago. Apparently they still sell it, but it does not get any updates of any kind.
