Anyone uses Reuters StockReports+ on IBKR TWS?

I have been using Reuters StockReports+ on Interactive Brokers TWS since early part of 2017 as a convenient quick assessment of a stock. Since August, this research feature suddenly disappeared from my TWS. This report used to be available by clicking "show news" on the stock.

On IBKR website, it is stated that Reuters StockReports+ is available. Free until 1 Sep.

Anyone here facing the same problem? I am wondering if it is just me or is everyone affected? Any IB representative here to help?
 
I got the pop-up a day or two ago when logging in asking if I wanted to subscribe to it. But when I choose to do so, the option did not appear on their website.

So now I do not have it, nor the option to pay for it.

Thanks for your reply. At least now, I know it is IBKR's problem, not mine.

I did not have the pop-up but I wanted to subscribe to Reuters StockReports+. I went to the website but the option is absent. Yet, on their website, IBKR mentioned about this research option.

Thanks for the update. I will be looking forward to the fix.
 
The Reuters StockReports+ is an interesting feature. No real analysis or insight, but a nice compilation of data points in a pretty readable (and standardized) format. I think it was 2$/mo, and I believe its well worth its money if you are interested in quick fundamental analysis.

This combined with Zacks make for some pretty good snapshot views.

The more insightful analysis seems to be far more expensive.

The far more insightful analysis you mentioned are done by humans. Being a human, I also would prefer to be more expensive :). As a customer, I prefer machines because they are cheaper and humans aren't really good when it comes to stock forecasts. I will pay more for good human engineers but certainly not pay more for human economists, stock analysts, currency strategists who usually get their forecasts wrong anyway. I see jobs and wages in financial research to be further reduced in future.
