Anyone uses Lightspeed?

Lightspeed do provides autotrade service, but anyone has ever used that? I know Genesis is great for autotrade, and Sterling sucks. How is Lightspeed?

Why does Sterling suck?

I've been bashing my head against Genesis's Laser for months now and I can scarcely recall such negligent or outright hostile customer service. I'd bet that all brokers and trading software sucks

Rumor on elitrader is that, Lightspeed's customer service is also very hostile. Check previous threads on Lightspeed.

I think Sterling is pretty good for autotrading, given that it's a traditional, GUI-centered product.

But I think that the Genesis NON-Laser solutions are better (the non-GUI ones), assuming that their somewhat limited functionality is sufficient for your needs.
