Anyone uses eToro(Copytrader)?

Unless, since 2019 Nov things have changed, this is my expierence with em :

They aren't the cheapest,

They are extremely expensive. Coudn't get filled at iRobot at 5% above the market.
Like... Srsly.

allow you to invest in thousands of stocks around the world, including on Asian exchanges.

Last time i saw it was 600~.

This year, I'm planning on investing in "CopyPortfolios" focussed around clean energy, cannabis and self driving cars.

Wouldn't it be better to simply stay with the members that are consistent, instead of going for promising sectors ?

You could do both but I prefer to invest in sectors that will continue to grow over time, than invest in "consistent" members. No one can constantly beat the market. However, it's pretty obvious that sectors like clean energy or self driving cars will do very well.

Just another bucketshop. Never used them myself but had a couple of friends who did. Better to go with regulated brokers (Depending on the asset classe(s) you want to invest/trade in).

I don’t think it is a scam. I’ve seen a lot of traders use this broker. Anyway, you can analyse their services if you like.
