Anyone understand it? It appears to scan the market for trading opportunities based on your strategy and other criteria and then backtestes those trades.

It looks like etrade licensed the trade-ideas scanner. That's cool I guess you get the backtesting tool for free. I paid $1100 for mine way back when.
